| Colliers International was the first property consultant to be represented in Pakistan, opening their Karachi office in 2007. Since that time our operations now include representation in Islamabad and Lahore. At Colliers International we are able to provide customized property services to investors, developers and occupiers, covering areas of agency; research; advisory and valuation and property and facilities management. Locally, Colliers International Pakistan is affiliated with Pakistan Banks’ Association (PBA). The Pakistan Banks’ Association has approved Colliers International Pakistan on their list of approved professional valuers where we can conduct valuation of Land, Buildings, Plant and Machinery. We are registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under registration no. 00000013141/20060807 dated 17 August 2006. We are also enlisted with Leasing Association of Pakistan (LAP) under registration no. LAP/191-C/153 dated 12 January 2009. With access to professionals throughout the Colliers network we are also able to utilize and provide specialist services in the areas of Hotels & Leisure; Plant Valuation & Machinery Valuation; Transportation & Infrastructure and the latest information on sustainability and the trends in all forms of real estate. |
