With the acquisition of a license on the Board of Stock Exchange of Bahia www.bovesba.com.br , Sergipe, Alagoas, the Central Bank of Brazil DEORF/GTREC-2004/09447/0401237502 through Letter of November 5th 2004, published in the Official Gazette on that date, authorized the operation and transformation of the company to Leandro and Associates Brokerage Foreign Exchange and Securities Ltd (LA Investimentos), with the approval it offers greater scope in the area of capital markets in both the attraction of investments to investors, customers, investors in the financial system and in agribusiness.
