Also known as Online banking (or Internet banking),electronic banking allows customers to conduct financial transactions on a secure website operated by their retail or virtual bank, credit union or building society Customers may make payments directly to stores, credit card accounts, mortgage companies, utility companies, and other creditors. Individuals having two or more bank accounts may also transfer Cash between accounts.
