Will
A legally enforceable declaration of how a person wishes his or her property to be disposed of after death. Also known as a will and testament.
    
Will is a legal document expressing the desires of the author with regard to the disposition of property after the author's death. Living will, is a legal document expressing the desires of the author with regard to medical decisions, invoked in the event that the author is incapacitated and unable to act on their own behalf. The document must be signed by the testator/testatrix (the person making the will) in the presence of two witnesses who must also sign. An executor (female form executrix) or executors are appointed by the testator to ensure that his/her wishes are carried out.
