Zeros (Zero Dividend Preference Share)
A type of share which offers a Fixed Rate of return as a capital sum at the end of the term, but in the meantime no dividends.

Normally used to meet known Future needs, and/or as a (normally) Low Risk way of using your CGT exemption. The Risk inherent in Zeros is determined by the management strategy of the fund that provides their asset backing.
