The worst customer service in the industry

I had a run in with Sharon Deer, a notoriously rude representative. Just check around, I am not the only person complaining. She was condesending and rude. More that once, she stated that she was "putting me on notice". At one point, I thanked her for an acceptable compromise and she responded with "ya, ya, Of course this is acceptable.". I tried to explain why my payment was exactly 30 days late and all I got was "I don't want to hear your sob story". When I asked to speak to a manager she claimed to be the bank manager and hung up on me. Do not finance a mortgage with this bank under any circumstances. I am getting out as soon as possible.
