Very bad service

I am a client of SCB Francistown (Botswana) for many years since I moved to USA in 2006 my bank hardly send me one or two statements in past three years and thay have not provided me any statement for the past two years. I have notified my new home address many time but never find any response from this bank. It is now three years and this bank never send my any statement at my changed address, bank statement, or advise how to keep in touch with my accounts. I am tired of emailing and faxing to this branch and hardly get reply one out of ten with an excuse that bank have not enough equipment to keep me update of my account. This is the worst service I ever experience with any bank. I will never recommend any one to open an account with SCB. This all surveys and customer services is useless when your clients are suffering and loosing their funds deposited in your bank. I dont know if this bank will ever provide me any update for my accounts. A.Qureshi
