As a development-oriented financial institution, BICE thrives to support the production-export-growth sequence that makes companies stronger, raises employment and helps our country grow.

Our bank was founded to help create new export powers in our country and we provide them with the funds they need with the strong determination to contribute to their development.

Since our creation, we have been working in the financial market as a second-tier banking institution, channeling our transactions through commercial banks. In October 2003 we started granting loans directly to companies, which have become the core of our business.

Overview:

We are the Investment and Foreign Trade Bank (BICE), a State-owned second-tier banking institution which grants medium and long-term production investment and foreign trade loans.

With the Argentinean Government as our sole stockholder, we have provided funding to various companies nationwide since our creation in 1992.

According to our indicators, we are a sound efficient bank which outperforms the rest in Argentina’s financial system.
