Overview: 

The firm was established in 1991, at the beginning of a decade marked in Argentina by currency stability, sweeping privatizations, deregulation and an unprecedented inflow of foreign investments.

The firm grew fast, from its original five name partners, to become one of the largest full service law firms in Argentina. Growth, however, is not our driving goal. Our north is to provide the highest quality of service.

To assure the quality of our legal work, we train our associates in a variety of traditional and emerging fields, to give them the necessary tools for a comprehensive analysis. We educate them to become full professionals.

Since our beginnings, we have worked for clients with the most demanding transactions and cases, including many transactions and cases that made news in Argentina. Clients that go from multinationals, to governments, to individuals. In 2002 Chambers & Partners selected us as the Latin America Firm of the year.

To help governments in their legislation efforts is also part of our experience and part of the practice we wish to have.

In the growing globalization, we have joined forces with other leading firms in Spain, Portugal and Brazil. Not only to improve our service to clients, but also to enrich our education in the increasingly international legal profession.
