Overview:

The history of EDYE, ROCHE, DE LA VEGA dates back to the year 1901. The firm was established in the early 1920's, and added in 1967 the last name of the lawyer who had been a partner for more than ten years, José Domingo Ray.

Since its foundation, the Firm has actively rendered legal advice in and out of court, in both civil and commercial matters of private law, as well as in constitutional, administrative, labor, and customs law matters, and with the cooperation of other professionals, in taxation and white-collar criminal matters.

The Firm represents many clients in different types of matters throughout the world. Its extensive experience in international trade enables it to advise both national and foreign companies on different issues and disputes.

In order to strengthen the variety and quality of the legal services offered by the Firm, in 1997 it agreed to merge with the law firm "De la Vega & Caldani", thereby incorporating all the members of the latter into "Edye, Roche, de la Vega & Ray".

The Firm consists of lawyers of recognized technical ability, forming an optional medium-size structure that permits it to give personal attention to each case combined with the fluid exchange of viewpoints among its members.
