History:

Los Tilos Group has its origin in the Building Sector in which it built very important public and private buildings, and in the Argentine Financial System where it had a fundamental role in the management of Banco Los Tilos Inc., which was placed in a predominant position in the financial activity of La Plata and its region for eighteen years.

As the competitive structures changed because foreign banks were incorporated into the Financial System, the Group decided to sell its assets and liabilities to BBV - Banco FrancÃ©s in June 1998 and diversify the financial activities.
