History:

In August 2005, a local group of outstanding business and community leaders, headed by President and CEO Mark Duffy, set forth to organize a new community bank in Snohomish County. Of the 17 original Founders, 9 were selected to serve on the Board of Directors. These individuals believed the time was right to undertake the organization of the bank and to reflect the local commitment of the new bank, selected Everett, WA, as the desired location and Mountain Pacific Bank as the name.

With regulatory approval and capitalization goals exceeded, in July 2006, the bank opened its doors in the new Everett Gateway Center. This location, near the intersection of Broadway Avenue and I-5, offers unparallel access and convenience.

It is Mountain Pacific Bank’s goal to provide high-quality financial products and services at a fair price to businesses, professionals and individuals of Snohomish County. And to distinguish itself by becoming “the local bank of choice for customers, employees and shareholders by exceeding their expectations,” as stated in the mission. An equally important part of their plan is to reinvest in the community with resources, time and talents.
