Overview:

Exvere was formed in 1991 for the purpose of providing comprehensive merger and acquisition advisory services to Pacific Northwest businesses. Since then we have completed well over 100 engagements for a client list that includes some of the region's largest and most successful privately held businesses.

We differentiate ourselves from other regional firms by having a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and in-house legal counsel on staff. We are a licensed Real Estate Broker and Exvere's principals hold Series 7, 24, 63, 65, 66, 79 and 99 FINRA licenses. Franklin Capital Advisors, a wholly owned subsidiary, is a licensed Registered Investment Advisor.

While headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, we have completed engagements throughout the United States as well as Europe, Asia, and Australia.
