Size
Bollus Lynch, LLP is a medium size CPA firm and one of the largest firms in Central Massachusetts. We find our size to be perfect to serve middle market clients in the area. The firm is small enough to offer the close and very personal attention we feel our clients deserve, yet large enough that any issues, no matter how specialized, can be completely addressed in a timely manner. A full and appropriate complement of trained, experienced, and qualified individuals is assigned to each of our engagements to ensure this happens.
Location
The convenience of our Worcester office allows us to provide prompt service to our clients without any significant delay for travel, mail, or the like, even on short notice. Our Shrewsbury Street location is a fully automated office, accounting, auditing, and tax environment. We have state of the art paperless audit functions, advanced computerized tax return systems and scores of other accounting and financial statement technology available.
Professionals
Our firm employs a balanced mix of bright, enthusiastic, and energetic men and women. The professional ranks that our CPA's hold are senior managers, managers, supervisors, supervising senior accountant, senior accountant, and staff accountant. In addition to our partners, many members of our firm's management group, are also national firm trained and experienced. Those that are not, are considerably experienced as well, having joined us from other fine area CPA firms.All of our professional staff are certified public accountants or are pursuing the requirements for certification. Many currently hold, and others are currently working towards graduate level or other advanced degrees including the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) and the Master of Science in Taxation (MST). Our partners and other professional staff regularly attend audit, accounting, tax, or general information continuing professional education programs. These outstanding programs are sponsored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the U.S. Department of Education, various New England CPA Societies, or other trade associations.
Recruiting
Our goal is to attract, hire and retain talented professional staff to our firm. We are regularly in close contact with the accounting faculty and career placement counselors at many area colleges. Bollus Lynch, LLP routinely enjoys very favorable college campus recruiting seasons, having successfully hired leading accounting students from several area colleges. Many of these students are not only top graduates in their class, but are also students who received several offers of employment from other national and local CPA firms. The educational backgrounds and achievements of our professional staff is of the highest order. |
