Overview:

Falcon specializes in working with non-U.S. individual and institutional investors. In order to provide the best possible service to these clients, Falcon has offices in Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Washington, D.C. and San Diego, in addition to our main offices in New York. Each of these offices focuses on the major real estate markets in its region, as an extension of
our philosophy that it is essential to have a local presence to provide the most effective advice concerning real estate investment opportunities in
local markets.

History:

In 1991 real estate experts Howard Hallengren (Chairman) and Jack Miller (President) left Chase Manhattan Bank to found Falcon Real Estate, and they immediately began assembling a team of real estate professionals with broad and diverse experience. From the beginning of the company, Falcon has focused on providing a complete and comprehensive service to overseas investors in the U.S. real estate market. Many of the services provided to our clients are similar to those provided by international private banks. The real estate professionals on Falcon’s staff are selected because they understand the need to provide expert real estate advice in the context of a private banking environment. This fundamental approach has successfully attracted investors from around the world, enabling Falcon to carry out transactions on behalf of our clients totaling close to $3 billion since the formation of the company.

In January 2005, recognizing the growth that had occurred since its formation and to provide for continuity of management going forward, Falcon Real Estate was reorganized as a partnership. In addition to Howard Hallengren and Jack Miller, both Scott Sweeney and David Hill were admitted as partners at that time. As Falcon continued to grow, Robert Moreira was admitted as a partner in 2006.
