We refer to it as E Squared service and we measure it. Every year we send out over 2,500 surveys asking you how we are doing. And if you think we dropped the ball, we do more than ask - we call and find out how to fix the problem. It's our job to see that your experience at The Bank & Trust is Excellent and Exceptional.
