The CapStreet Group is a private equity firm that invests in growing, lower middle market companies headquartered in Texas and surrounding states. We partner with the management teams of our portfolio companies to accelerate growth and build long-term value. Since 1990, CapStreet has made investments in more than 30 portfolio companies and has completed more than 200 add-on acquisitions for those companies. CapStreet is located in Houston, Texas.
The CapStreet Group is a lower middle market private equity firm, based in Houston, Texas. We make control investments in owner-operated businesses in the industrial distribution, industrial manufacturing and diversified business service sectors. We have a regional focus, primarily on Texas and surrounding states, with a particular emphasis on companies headquartered in the greater Houston area.

We invest in companies that provide goods and services to diversified industrial end-markets. The energy industry, particularly the downstream segment, is a very significant end market for many of our portfolio companies. As a consequence, and because we target companies with a recurring revenue base, our portfolio benefits from the overall strength of the energy industry while limiting the risks of cyclicality inherent in many traditional energy investments.
