Overview:

Equus provides a chance for investors to participate in bigger opportunities through their ownership in Equus. Currently an investment in the Fund = an investment in 17 portfolio companies or several bites of one apple. When one of these bites or opportunities has a large growth event (IPO, Sale etc.) a Fund shareholder participates in the upside. Normally, institutions enjoy these gains, leaving individual shareholders to scramble for the higher priced remaining shares. This individual investor opportunity makes us unique.
