Our service capabilites include assurance, tax planning, consulting and compliance, litigation support, business consulting, state and local tax planning and consulting, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, business restructurings and other services as needed.

History:
Our firm was founded in 1986. It has expanded from Tarrant County, serving clients mainly in the Fort Worth, Texas area, to serving clients throughout the DFW Metroplex.
We have offices in Fort Worth and Irving, Texas. We rank 8th among Tarrant County's largest accounting firms and we rank in the top 15 of the DFW metroplex largest accounting firms.
Our firm has twelve partners, one principal, four senior managers, and a suitable complement of managers and professional staff.
The experience of our leadership personnel includes extensive prior experience with most of the "Big Four" public accounting firms. |
