The Bank of Milan, chartered in 1993, is Milan's only locally owned and operated financial institution. There were 149 original shareholders. The bank has operated at its present location in Milan since its inception. Those that started the bank felt that Milan had a need for and was strong enough to support a bank owned by its citizens.

We are built upon a foundation of focused customer service and local decision making. In support of our commitment to our customer base, we have diverse product lines and offer a comprehensive range of products and services. We contribute funding and personal time for the betterment of the communities that we serve.

In April of 1998, the bank opened its Medina Office. The Medina area is one of the Mid-South's most rapidly growing geographic areas. The management of the bank recognized Medina's need for a strong locally owned banking organization and today we are a vital part of that community.

Our bank is strong. Our culture is focused on enhancing the quality of life in the communities that we serve while preserving the safety and soundness of the bank. It is our intent to remain strong and independent.
