Golden Capital Management, LLC provides investment management expertise to both institutional and high net worth clients nationwide through several core equity strategies.

With over thirty five years of combined investment experience, Greg Golden and Jeff Moser have developed an objective and disciplined approach to investment management that combines the attributes of fundamental research with quantitative execution. This approach has led to the development of several strategies whose main goal is to provide a return pattern greater than the market with less risk using proprietary multi-factor models. In order to achieve this type of result, well-defined buy and sell disciplines are enforced in order to ensure a sound investment methodology.

Currently, the firm offers seven investment strategies: Large Cap Core, Mid Cap Core, SMID Cap Core, Small Cap Core, All Cap Core, Enhanced Large Cap, and a 130/30 Equity strategy.

History:

Golden Capital Management was founded in 1999 by Greg W. Golden, CFA and Jeff C. Moser, CFA to focus on the purity of our investment process and provide the highest level of client attention and service.

In 1999, Jonathan W. Cangalosi joined the firm as Principal and Managing Director. His experience in investment management sales and relationship building have helped him spearhead the firm's strategic marketing and client service initiatives. In 2000, Lynette W. Alexander joined the firm as Managing Director, bringing with her over fifteen years of experience in portfolio accounting and performance measurement.

Since that time, the firm has grown considerably and now manages billions in assets. Employees of Golden Capital Management, LLC own a majority interest in the firm. Wells Fargo & Company owns a minority interest in the firm.
