Our mission is to organize investors, capital and expertise to benefit private investors, private companies, and communities through leadership and ROI.

We will realize this mission by continuing to build a nationally recognized, community based system of private investors, capital, and expertise to grow private companies.

We do this through our RAIN® Funds & Empowerment Funds.

The RAIN Fund Network of 23 angel investor funds with $20 million in commmitteed capital currently spans six states and is growing. Our RAIN Funds are located in:

     •Idaho - based in Boise;

     •Iowa - based in Cedar Falls, Mason City and Rock Rapids;

     •Minnesota - based in Alexandria (2), Burnsville, Fosston, Grand Rapids, Mankato, Minneapolis,
               St. Paul, Montevideo, Northfield, St. Cloud, Willmar and Worthington (2);

     •Montana - based in Kalispell;

     •North Dakota - based in Bismarck, Fargo, Wahpeton, and Grand Forks;

     •South Dakota - based in Sisseton, Brookings and Sioux Falls;

RAIN Source Capital’s vision is to build a national community-based system of investors, capital and expertise to grow private companies close to where our investors live. RAIN Source Capital empowers angel investors (accredited investors) using a proprietary process to create, capitalize, and operate angel member managed fund called RAIN Funds.

What makes RAIN Source Capital unique is our twofold approach: our network of over 20 angel investor funds called RAIN Funds and our professionally managed funds called Empowerment Funds. These funds are capitalized by individual investors and institutions.
