Overview:

Kegonsa Capital Partners, LLC ("KCP") is a leading Wisconsin venture capital management firm. KCP is the general partner of the Kegonsa Seed Fund I, LP (the "Seed Fund") and the Kegonsa Coinvest Fund, LLC (the "Coinvest Fund"), a growth stage investment fund.

History:

KCP began operations July 1, 2004, shortly after the Seed Fund had its first closing on April 28, 2004. KCP managing director is Ken Johnson. Johnson was among 42 individual investors of the Seed Fund, to which he has committed $500,000 as an investor.

KCP also manages the Coinvest Fund, which invests in early stage and growth companies by forming LLC investment groups composed of Coinvest Fund members who elect to participate in a particular offering. To date, the Coinvest Fund has made 18 investments (eight as lead investor in a syndicate) in ten different companies.
