Vectra Bank Colorado, N.A.

Overview:

Proactive relationship banking – where locally focused, engaged and expert bankers work to anticipate the needs of their customers – sets Vectra Bank Colorado apart. Vectra seeks to serve Colorado’s small and middle-market businesses, and their owners, managers and employees, through full–service branches in Colorado’s urban Front Range communities and in the state’s mountain resorts, from Durango to Steamboat Springs.

As part of Zions Bancorporation, Vectra has the reach and resources of many larger competitors. But its approach to business is decidedly different. Whether the customer is the manager of a growing Colorado company or an individual consumer, both will find at Vectra Bank an innovative banking organization eager to surpass their expectations.

Vectra is connected to the lives of Colorado business people, with a “from the ground up” understanding of what it takes to create a thriving enterprise and what matters to today’s entrepreneurs and business leaders. Ready with banking products and services built for Colorado’s businesses, Vectra bankers look for creative approaches that can make a difference for local companies. In line with its focus on Colorado’s business market, the bank has a legal lending limit of $45.3 million and 38 locations geared to serving its target markets.

Vectra provides comprehensive banking and financial services, including:
Commercial and Corporate Banking
Business and Executive Banking

As well as:
Personal Banking
Cash Management

The organization’s roots in Colorado date to 1988, when Vectra Bank opened for business in Denver. Over the next 10 years, Vectra grew to include 17 banks in the Denver/Boulder area. In 1998, Zions Bancorporation acquired Vectra Bank and completed a series of additional acquisitions in Colorado that knitted together some of the most successful banks statewide.

Vectra Bank Colorado is part of the Zions group of locally managed, regional banking networks operating in 10 Western states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington. Zions Bancorporation (NASDAQ: ZION) has long been recognized for its outstanding return to shareholders.

As of September 30, 2010, Vectra Bank Colorado reported total assets of $2.28 billion, total deposits of $1.87 billion; $1.86 billion in loans, $122 million in other interest–bearing liabilities; $276 million in investment securities; and total equity of $268 million
