Overview:

Lawrence L Drone is the sole principal of Gamma Asset Management (GAM) and is also registered as an associated person. Mr. Drone serves as president of GAM and is responsible for all trading decisions and management of the firm.

Mr. Drone was employed by Prudential Equity Group LLC from March 1987 through January 1995 as a financial consultant specializing in asset liability management and arbitrage. From June 1995 to present Mr. Drone has been an independent business and financial consultant. From October 1999 to May 2000, he was an associated person of Huntleigh Securities, a St. Louis, Missouri based stock brokerage firm.

In addition, Mr. Drone has been an associated person with Robert Lee Link, an IB, during the following dates: November 1998 to January 1999; May 2000 to April 2002; April 2004 to present. Mr. Drone has performed extensive research in the development of proprietary methodologies for use in the trading of options on stock index futures.
