Overview:

Our firm has a wide range of experience in not-for-profit and government accounting, auditing and management services. In fact, a major portion of the firm's services are rendered to governmental entities and not-for-profit organizations that receive substantial portions of their funding from government sources. We have performed many audits that meet the "Yellow Book" and OMB Circular A-133 (also known as a Single Audit) standards.

Our partners and staff have performed audits and related services for organizations funded by various Federal Executive Departments such as Labor, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Education, Energy, Agriculture and Transportation, as well as similar departments within the State of California. Within our office, we have full-time governmental and not-for-profit specialists responsible for coordinating our engagements and for maintaining close contact with our clients.
