   Mirelis InvesTrust SA is a Geneva based privately owned Swiss independent asset management company, member of the Mirelis financial group founded in 1949. Mirelis offers Private Wealth Management services in both – traditional and alternative investments – as well as securities and foreign exchange trading. Investors’ assets are deposited either with Mirelis InvesTrust SA or prime banks acting as custodians.
   The structure of Mirelis is synonymous with stability, dependability and long-term capital growth. It provides you with all the benefits of a bank-like financial company and assures you that your interests are well looked after. As independent asset managers, we are free of all conflicts of interest.
   Mirelis is a licensed securities trading institution as defined by the Swiss Federal Act on Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading and is supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority - FINMA (previously Swiss federal banking commission - CFB). The Company is a member of the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA) and audited by Ernst & Young. It is also a member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (SAAM). The Swiss authorities act as the lead regulator in the consolidated supervision of the Mirelis Group of finance companies.

Lawi family

   A banking family from the Middle East, the Lawi family of three brothers with their sons and daughters, have been established in Switzerland and Canada for more than 60 years. They are co-founders members of the Mirelis Finance Group based in Geneva since 1949.
   Mirelis InvesTrust SA was established in 1997 by Solly S. Lawi, Solly Alain Lawi and Albert Lawi, partners of the second generation of Lawis, together with the first generation through SFM Holding SA.

Kadoorie family

   Established in Hong Kong since the 19th century, the Kadoorie family is presently headed by Sir Michael D. Kadoorie, representing the third generation. He follows the footsteps of his late father and uncle, Lord Lawrence Kadoorie and Sir Horace Kadoorie. The family is engaged in diversified activities, such as, electricity generation, hotels, financial services, real estate and aviation.
   Mr. William E. Mocatta is a director member of the board of MIT, representing Sir Elly Kadoorie & Sons Ltd, Hong Kong.

Dwek family

   Founder in 1984 of Atlas Capital SA, a swiss private wealth management financial institution, the Dwek family joins in 2013 the shareholders of Mirelis InvesTrust SA. The Dwek brothers bring their expertise and reputation in the management of both traditional and alternative funds.

Mirelis is the expression of families composed of members having high professional competence, who place their expertise, entrepreneurship and dynamism at the service of their valued banking customers.
