Overview:

Hersman Serles Almond, PLLC is a full service accounting firm that is dedicated to our clients needs. The firm was founding by Cliff Hersman, Victoria Serles and Cordell Almond in July of 2009. The three have had a long history with each other. Back in 1981 Cliff and Vicki founded the firm Hersman Serles, PS, Cordell joined them shortly thereafter.

From their beginnings in 1981 until 2001 the firm grew to five locations across the Northwest with over 50 professional staff. Then in 2001, Hersman Serles Joined BDO Seidman, and became a part of their global resources and network of locations. BDO is the fifth largest CPA firm in the world and has a vast network of resources and capabilities. Victoria, Cliff and Cordell enjoyed their relationship with BDO, and learned a great deal from their involvement with a classy and knowledgeable CPA firm. However they had a vision of returning their practice back to an independently owned and operated company. Thus when the opportunity arose to do just that, they jumped at the chance to fulfill this vision. The firm will continue its rich history with BDO, by being a part of the BDO Alliance Network of accounting, consulting and service firms.

The long term vision is for Hersman Serles Almond to be an employee owned and operated firm for many years to come. Our legacy is the relationships and bonds that we build with our clients.
