Cynthia Savitt joined COMPASS as an associate in 2011. Her decades of experience in client relationship and customer service roles are a natural fit for our service-oriented approach.

In fact, we have controlled our growth to ensure our existing clients always receive our immediate attention and first-class service. Hiring and motivating the right talent is key to providing our clients with superior advice and exceptional service.

An experienced investor, Lou formerly managed a top performing mutual fund.
