Overview:

LTC is a real estate investment trust that invests in seniors housing and health care properties. The company’s portfolio currently includes more than 200 assisted living, memory care, post-acute / skilled nursing and range-of-care properties in 29 states.

As LTC has grown and diversified its portfolio, we have focused on deploying capital on investments ranging from $10 million to $100 million and, more recently, financing development of assisted living, memory care and post-acute / skilled nursing properties. Specializing in transactions of this size provides for strong partnerships with regionally based operators of seniors housing and post-acute / skilled nursing services. At the same time, we take a highly responsive approach – fast due diligence and decision-making, careful attention to transaction details, and a deep commitment to our operating partners’ success – to every LTC investment.

The ability to combine significant capital resources, industry specific knowledge and sophisticated financial expertise with a uniquely personal and collaborative approach has resulted in strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our operator partners. It is this combination that defines and differentiates LTC and forms the foundation of our continued success along with the continued success of our operating partners. LTC is committed to building a diversified national presence, and our recent investments, including development projects, have continued a trend of expanding our geographic footprint into new states and into more urban markets.
