Fust Charles Chambers LLP was established to provide accounting, tax and business advisory services to the Upstate New York business community. We take a personal interest in the success of our clients. We provide business advice based on our expertise and experience that is designed to improve our clients’ operations and their profitability.

The client base of our Firm is very diversified. We believe this is a reflection of the overall sound business and tax advice we provide our clients regardless of their industry segment. However, we have established areas of expertise within our Firm to service clients’ specific needs. We presently issue approximately one hundred twenty five annual audit reports. We prepare more than two hundred corporation and partnership annual income tax returns. A large segment of our tax planning concentrates on the transactions between the company and its owners since predominately all of our for profit clients operate as closely-held entities. We also advise our commercial clients on how to structure their operations to minimize any income tax consequences. Our individual income tax practice clients are comprised principally of the owners of closely held businesses.

Partner Involvement

Quality service requires extensive partner involvement. Therefore, our partners are personally involved in the conduct of the services provided to clients. The partners learn the businesses of our clients by working on the job rather than acting solely as administrators. This close involvement enables the partners to become valued advisors to the business owners.

Our approach to servicing our clients is management oriented. We concentrate on maintaining a close constructive relationship and are responsive to the needs of our clients throughout the year. We meet with our clients regularly to discuss pending tax legislation and accounting pronouncements issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board.

We are committed to providing close, personal attention to our clients. We take pride in giving you the assurance that the personal assistance you receive comes from years of advanced training, technical experience and financial acumen. Our continual investment of time and resources in professional continuing education, computer technology and extensive business relationships is indicative of our commitment to excellence.
