MainStreet Bank (OTC BULLETIN BOARD: MNSB) is a community bank based in Northern Virginia that opened in 2004 and serves both the business community as well as individuals. We combine exceptional in-person banking services with state-of-the-art Internet banking capabilities to provide customers with the best of
both worlds.

Our headquarters and main branch are in Herndon, Va. We have other locations in Fairfax and McLean and plan to open our fourth location in Clarendon in Spring 2010. We will consider other locations in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area for future offices. If you prefer online banking, you’ll find no finer system. All transactions are immediately visible to you as they occur.

We have available products and services that allow you to scan and deposit business and personal checks from your computer, take payments via a Web portal, download scanned and captured information directly into business accounting systems and initiate wire transfers, among other things.

MainStreet Bank’s strategic plan is based on the premise of enhancing stockholder and franchise value through internal growth as well as selective strategic and geographic expansion.

Our corporate office and main branch are at 727 Elden St. in Herndon, Va. The address of our Fairfax branch is 4029 Chain Bridge Rd., Fairfax, Va.  and our office in McLean is located at 6832 Old Dominion Dr. #105, McLean, Va.

In 2005, we established MainStreet Connect, which is a division of MainStreet Bank. Through MainStreet Connect, we Put Our Branch in Your Office®. MainStreet Connect offers the following services at the customer’s desktop using secure Internet SSL technology:

Scan and deposit business and personal checks into any number of accounts held by the account holder.

Download scanned and captured information directly into business accounting systems.

Take payments via individual or recurring automated clearing house (ACH) debits/credits for customer payment convenience.

Take payments via the telephone for customer payment convenience.

Take payments via a Web portal for customer payment convenience.

Initiate wire transfers, payment of bills, transfer of funds, cash management and automatic download to business accounting systems (e.g. Quickbooks®) for payment convenience.

We also offer the following services through traditional delivery and Internet-
based technology:
Sweep accounts
Repurchase agreement accounts
Zero balance accounts
Lock box agreement accounts
Certificate of Deposit margin accounts
