As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), it is our duty to uphold the highest legal standard of care, trust, and diligence for our clients. We will always have the elevated duty to protect our client’s assets, and always put our client’s interests first.

As an independent advisory firm, we are not affiliated with any major brokerage house, investment bank, or money manager. This provides us with the freedom and objectivity to research a wider spectrum of investment vehicles, and freely discuss the pros and cons with our clients. Our allegiance is solely to our clients. We do not answer to shareholders or executives attempting to promote unsuitable products, investments, or advice. We answer to our clients.

As a fee-only investment advisor (non commission), our low compensation fees are directly tied to the value of our client accounts, so we have no incentive to sell products. Our only incentive is protect our clients’ assets and increase the value of their investment portfolio. Our mission is to help our clients develop and implement a financial plan based on their unique needs.
