History:
Since the company's founding in 1999, Albridge has established itself as a leading provider of data management and financial technology solutions for financial services companies.
Growth and Expansion
Nearly a decade later, Inc. magazine ranked Albridge #32 on its list of the 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America. In 2004, the company changed its name to Albridge and introduced a new generation of enhanced capabilities and integration ability. At the time, Albridge managed account data for more than 70 financial organizations, representing over $500 billion in total assets. In 2007, Albridge was acquired by PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and became an integral part of the PNC Global Investment Servicing division, helping to expand its capabilities to support the managed accounts business.
Building the Future
In July 2010, Albridge was acquired by BNY Mellon. In connection with this acquisition, Albridge became an affiliate of Pershing. Pershing's leadership in the broker-dealer and advisor markets, combined with our heritage in data and performance management enables us to deliver data-driven technology solutions to support all facets of a financial services firm—operations, compliance, business intelligence, performance reporting, data management and interoperability. In October 2011, Coates Analytics officially became a division of Albridge and is now known as Albridge Analytics. Bringing together Coates Analytics and Albridge enables us to leverage our collective enterprise solutions, custom technology, product development and business consulting knowledge. |
