History:

The Firm was founded in 1978 by Robert D. Hoag. The Firm has evolved into a medium size firm in the regional Western Pennsylvania area with a growing staff of approximately twenty employees including five shareholders (principals) and other professional and support staff.

Member:

The Firm is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s. The Firm is also a member of the Private Companies Practice Section of the AICPA. In addition, the Firm is subject to peer review and has been in compliance with all AICPA peer review guidelines since becoming a member many years ago.
