Select prefers to invest in growth stage businesses as they seek to obtain their first or second round of institutional capital. We will consider earlier stage companies if they offer a particularly compelling investment opportunity. In all cases we require a completed service/product and significant diversified revenues. We will partner with management teams as they seek a platform acquisition to grow through a build-up strategy.

We invest on a national basis with a particular focus on companies in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Select will act as a lead investor or co-investor in equity syndications. We have frequently been sought out as co-investment partners because of our industry expertise and relationships.

Select is able to fund opportunities of virtually any size through our Fund or our extensive network of co-investment partners.
