Overview:

Broll Indian Ocean is the fruit of an association between Tinkler & Ramlackhan, The Property Annex Ltd and the Broll Property Group in 2013. The firm provides real estate services in Mauritius, Madagascar and the Seychelles as well as in francophone African countries.

Tinkler & Ramlackhan’s history spans almost three decades with its origin starting in 1977 under a different trade name. In those days, it was the first ever private company to provide land surveying, valuation and estate agency services under one roof for the Island of Mauritius. Both occupying a large share of the property services market in the private and public sector, late Mr Alan Tinkler and Mr Rhoy Ramlackhan decided to join forces in December 2001 to create the practice known as "Alan Tinkler, Ramlackhan & Co".

The company was rebranded Tinkler & Ramlackhan in July 2011 with Rhoy Ramlackhan as its Managing Director and other directors comprising Ramanand Beedassy and Vyas Ramphul, all three Chartered Valuation Surveyors and Property Consultants. Following additional expertise gained by Rhoy Ramlackhan whilst asset managing a series of projects across the Seychelles, South Africa and Dubai between 2008 to 2010, The Property Annex Ltd was created in 2011 as a property development services company to Tinkler & Ramlackhan’s clients.
