   Energy industry clients with strategic and capital raising needs;

   Institutional investor clients to invest in energy projects and companies; and

   Development company clients to advance their energy projects to obtain development and project capital.

Greenwich Energy Capital Advisors, LLC (GECA) is our affiliate engaged in providing strategic advice and capital raising services to our energy industry clients. GECA is FINRA-registered broker-dealer.

The primary services that GECA provides our clients include the following:

   Acquisition and divestiture advice;
   Financial structuring or restructuring; and
   Debt and equity capital raising in the private markets.

We work closely with the senior managements of our clients and their external advisors to develop and execute effective financing strategies. Our clients range from small developers to large energy companies and public entities. We tailor financial solutions to effectively meet our clients strategic and financial needs.
