Our commitment to identifying and understanding a company’s and owner’s needs, then performing an evaluation of the company to determine where it has Strengths, Weaknesses (synonymous with discount to value), Opportunities and Threats (SWOT Analysis) provides the foundation for developing an action plan to achieve the desired results.
