Overview:

Ridgeway Financial Partnership provides financial planning services to both corporate and private clients, to include:

IHT and Tax Mitigation Planning solutions - to minimise immediate liabilities and over the longer term, through estate planning and the use of Trusts

Keyman and Partnership Protection - to protect key personnel, their families and the independence and profitability of the company

Employee Benefits - helping companies to provide Group Life, Income Protection and Pension benefits for their employees and specialist schemes for directors

Investment Strategies - we use sophisticated asset allocation modelling tools to preserve and grow capital and, if required, to provide desired levels of income, within a tax efficient framework. We can advise Trustees regarding their investment responsibilities. We also have links with City-based Discretionary Fund Managers, which enable our High Net Worth clients to receive a tailored investment strategy and a personalised service.

Long Term Care Fees Planning - to help plan for the needs of the client in consultation with solicitors and the family.

Pension Audits - most people do not undertake regular review of their pensions and, as such, may be in a scheme with particularly high charging structures and a limited choice of funds. We can provide a comprehensive review with the aim of meeting future income requirements.

Residential and Commercial Mortgages - we offer a whole of market service which includes purchases, re-mortgages, buy to let and industry leading exclusives through our Network. The FCA does not regulate Commercial Mortgages or some forms of Tax Planning and Long Term Care Planning. Commercial Mortgages are not arranged via Sesame, however for commercial mortgages we act as introducers

Protection Planning - we provide tailored advice to ensure families are protected in the event of death or serious illness and benefits are kept out of the estate for IHT.
