Overview:
We are a unique and contemporary service provider. Unique because of the ‘new combination’ ranging from advice (hands-on know-how) to implementation and operational support (do-how). Contemporary because of the network organization where knowledge and experience is naturally shared amongst dynamic professionals.
TriFinance, together with Tri ICT and TriLegal, belongs to the ParkLane Insight Group. The name refers to our common philosophy. ParkLane is the combination of the Fastlane & Park concepts. Fastlane stands for the commercial processes and the speed of every day, while Park refers to reflection and quality: recruiting the right people, promoting the quality of our people and company, and our service philosphy in relation to our customers. People first and growth by growing people. |

History:
Inspired by the Management Development Center of the 60s–70s (potentials who work on project base within own company in combination with permanent training and development), Gert Smit, Thierry De Coster & Tom Van den Heuvel decided in 2001 to start a new generation of work environments.
They wanted to create a coordinated, warm & motivating environment where people can grow, have ownership and take their career into their own hands. By giving these people the space and trust to develop themselves, they become highly motivated to support customers in their daily challenges. In 2002 TriFinance started it first full year of operation. Now, after ten years, TriFinance has become a real reference in the market as a career accelerator & destination finder for candidates and a pragmatic solutions supplier for customers. Currently, 500 finance professionals work for us in Belgium, Germany & The Netherlands! |
