Overview: 

Cheval was established in 1995 as a principal lender in the short term finance market more commonly known as bridging finance.

Cheval Bridging Finance Ltd and Cheval Commercial Finance Ltd are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and hold a consumer credit licence to enable them to enter into consumer credit agreements. Click here to enter the Customer portal.

Cheval was the first bridging finance lender to become a full member of the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML). We are also a founder member of the Association of Short Term Lenders with one of our directors sitting on the board and a long standing patron of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).
