Overview:

VFMC was established under the Victorian Funds Management Act 1994. We are a public authority and body corporate governed by an independent Board of Directors whose members are appointed by the Governor in Council. The Treasurer appoints the Chairman and Deputy Chairman. VFMC reports to the Treasurer of Victoria through the Department of Treasury and Finance.
Our role is to provide investment and funds management services to Victorian public authorities in a commercially effective, efficient and competitive manner.
