At Lansdown Place we do not rely solely on commissions to pay for our services; for mortgages, investments and pensions we offer you the option of paying by fee only. The important thing is that you receive value for money and a job well done. For protection products we make no charge for our advice.

We are not tied to any company and always access the whole of the market in every area we offer advice. Lansdown Place act on your behalf in seeking the most suitable product for you. We offer Independent and Impartial advice to every client.

Being impartial does not mean that we are neutral. We only look after your interests and your interests alone. We will make clear recommendations to you as part of your bespoke personal plan. The final decision is yours; we will never pressure you to make a decision too quickly.

You may be pleasantly surprised at the financial advantages of fee-based advice. Our fee structure is based on delivering value for your money.

There are no up front fees. It will cost you nothing to find out what we can do for you.
The precise amount of the fee for mortgage advice will depend on your circumstances, but we estimate it to be ½% of the mortgage sum. Please ask for a personal illustration.
