The company was formed by Sue Robson in 1992 and began life serving the general insurance needs of clients associated with a number of Chartered Accountancy practices in the Rickmansworth area. Like any small business, success was achieved through hard graft, a personal touch and a 'can do' attitude. Indeed these three qualities still remain the key to our continued success.

The last few years have witnessed a growing dissatisfaction amongst policyholders, with the service levels delivered by a number of high profile National Brokers and Insurers, as they have strived to increase profitability, by streamlining and regionalising (in some cases overseas), the services delivered to clients at all levels. In many cases this has merely resulted in a reduction in the overall quality of the end services delivered, as these providers fall more and more out of touch with the grass roots needs of their clients.

After seizing this opportunity, the company has grown steadily over the last 13 years and now looks after a large number of personal, commercial and corporate clients, both nationally and internationally, whilst still striving to offer the same personalised service valued by our clients.
