As an Independent Mortgage Broker, directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, our only allegiance is to you the client. We provide completely independent advice from the whole of the market. This means that in addition to mortgages available from High Street lenders we can offer both mortgage lenders and preferential rates which are not available on the High Street.

The company was originally created in 2002 by Gill and Alec Harris who were convinced that their respective talents could deliver a service to clients with the same expertise as the big companies but in a manner more suited to the individual needs of each person, after all every single person has different needs to the next person.

Gill is the Sales Director and Senior Advisor, with more years experience in the industry than she would care to remember, in both the tied High Street banking and independent environments, there is little she does not know about matching you up with your mortgage solution.

Alec is responsible for everything in the background and keeping things running smoothly and efficiently as well as liaising with solicitors and estate agents for you if needed.
