1990.12               Started commodity futures brokerage business on overseas markets
1991.04              Approved as a member of the National Futures Association(NFA) &
Registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission as an FCM
1991.11               Started financial futures brokerage business on overseas markets
1992.12             Member firm of Commodity Exchange in N. Y.(U.S.A.(*CQMEX')
1993.09               Registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a CPO
1994.05               Started brokerage business for Japanese Futures contracts 1997.07               Obtained Li cense of futures brokerage business on domestic markets 1999.01               Clearing member firm of KOFEX
2000.07               Opened a branch office in Pusan, Korea
2001.06               Opened a branch office in Kangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea
2002.11               Preliminary Application for listing on the KOSDAQ stock market is accepted

2004.04               Introduced overseas trading system
2004.09              Started brokerage business of KOSPI Futures & Options
