Overview:
Over recent years the firm has grown considerably in size and from 1 December 2008 we decided to reform as two limited liability partnerships, each covering different geographical areas but jointly trading as Ibbett Mosely.
Ibbett Mosely has 13 offices covering Kent, Surrey and East Sussex including offices in London. We also have an assocation with estate agents Howard Cundey adding a further 4 offices plus the Mayfair Office to our coverage.
Although perhaps best known for our residential sales and lettings, we advise organisations and individuals on a diverse range of property matters. Our emphasis is to deliver independent professional advice and skilled negotiation.
Being firms of Chartered Surveyors is at our roots. We follow the strict code of professional conduct of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We understand that everything we do says something about the type of firms we are.
Ibbett Mosely is a trading name of Ibbett Mosely Property Consultants LLP and Ibbett Mosely Surveyors LLP.

History:
F D Ibbett started the practice in Sevenoaks in 1900. In the 1930s he joined forces with the then recently formed Mosely Card & Co in Oxted and Reigate to form Ibbett Mosely Card & Co. In 1947 the land agency practice of Carter Banks in Tunbridge Wells was acquired. Soon after came Otford and then Tonbridge in 1964.
In the 1980s offices were established in West Malling, Borough Green, Westerham and Westminster. In the 1990s we opened Biggin Hill and Edenbridge, in 2002 we added Reigate.
In Spring 2008, we formed an assocation with well respected estate agents Howard Cundey with offices in Bletchingley, Lingfield, East Grinstead and Forest Row as well as being part of the Mayfair Office. We have combined office locations provides unrivalled coverage in the area. |
