We believe debt traps people, and force them to take actions that they otherwise would not be taking. We believe that it is our responsibility to help people free themselves from debt.

Our relationship with our clients will last for the lifetime of their mortgage.
Initially we will help them solve their short-term goals (by helping them rid themselves of expensive unsecured borrowing). Thereby freeing up more 'disposable' income, enabling them to reduce the level of 'secured' debt, primarily by understanding, and being able to use 'flexible mortgages'. (Think carefully before securing other debts against your home).

This means that we really need to get to know our clients, and having a grasp of their short, medium and long term goals.

Each and every year the consultant will call the client on or before the anniversary of the completion of the mortgage that we originally arranged for them. We will constantly assess their situation and advise them as to whether the mortgage and protection products that we arranged still suit their ever-changing circumstances. Always bearing in mind their final or long-term goals.

We believe that the only way to truly distinguish ourselves from the 'competition' is to offer a sincere commitment to excellent service. This starts with the initial contact made to us & is then followed by the visit(s) of highly trained, qualified and skilled mortgage consultants. However the service doesn't finish there. The administration support is a vital element in the process, ensuring that a mortgage application, or insurance proposal runs as smoothly as possible to offer / acceptance, and finally through to completion / inception. Through out the whole of this process, it is the consultant's responsibility to keep the client regularly updated, and in the picture.

We will constantly endeavour to pursue excellence in all of our activities. We believe that 'excellent service' is unusual in this country. We aspire to being the best that we can possibly be, and ensure that we work with people with similar aspirations, both internally and with our 'business partners'.
