Overview:

Mortgage Man has been established since 1988, initially, as a one man business. It now has addionally 4 Appointed Representatives all qualified to CeMAP (Certfiticate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) and two with the Financial Planning Certificate (FPC).
The areas covered are Surrey, Kent and Essex but our AR's have been known to travel outside these areas.

We are Independent Mortgage Brokers and Directly Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA 300122)

We charge a Brokerage Fee of between £450 and £1,000 depending on Status of Applicants and Complexity, but this is only payable once a mortgage offer has been achieved. We normally collect this via client's solicitors on completion of the mortgage.

As an Independent Mortgage Broker we do have to offer an Up-front Inclusive Fee as an alternative to our normal fees and this is £2,000.
Should you choose this route, we shall repay you all fees from lenders or commissions from Insurance Companies within 90 days of completion. Should we not be able to obtain a mortgage offer, this fee will immediately be refunded to you. In all other cases non-refundable.
